Peanut Butter Fudge (only two ingredients!)

This recipe is from Laura Marquis at Naturally Healthy Desserts.

I simply love how delicious and easy this recipe is and nobody who taste it will guess that it's healthy. With only two ingredients, this is my go to recipe when a craving hits me or when you are entertaining and need a quick and quilt free dessert.



12 Medjool dates

1 cup of natural peanut butter (or any nut butter such as almond or cashew)


Process all ingredients in a food processor until the dough turns into a ball. Press the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.

Freeze for two hours. Cut into squares. For best appearance and texture, allow to sit in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serving.
