Who doesn’t love peanut butter and jelly? This simple smoothie will take you right back to your favorite childhood sandwich, but one full of nutritious ingredients such as fresh berries and creamy nut butter. One sip and you’ll feel like a kid again.



2 cups unsweetened rice milk or coconut milk

¼ cup fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons natural, peanut butter

1 packet stevia (optional)

½ cup crushed ice


In a blender, combine the milk, strawberries, peanut butter, stevia (if using), and ice. Process until smooth and serve.

If you struggle with constipation, add 2 tablespoons flaxseed to increase the fiber content.

SUBSTITUTION TIP If you’re allergic to peanuts, replace the peanut butter with Sunflower Butter
